On staff at Bradley Insurance Group is a full time Risk Manager/Safety Consultant.  After 31 years with Pinnacol Assurance, Lonnie Garcia joined our staff in the summer of 2009.  Lonnie can assist in areas regarding safety and health related matters for your company.  This includes the assessment and effectiveness of your company’s safety program to identify areas which might be improved upon, and which lend themselves to reducing overall insurance costs.  In addition, he can assist with the guidelines and documentation requirements for the State Division of Labor’s Cost Containment Certification Program, which can lower your workers’ compensation premiums by at least 5%, once your company safety program is certified.
